Showroom Assistant Job Opening

Kristi Harris Sales, a tenant at the Cooper Design Space is looking for the perfect fit to join them.

Showroom assistant-

Kristi Harris Sales has been recognized by buyers as one of the top showrooms for jewelry and accessories in the country.  Due to expansion, we are seeking a showroom assistant to join
our team.  This person will work closely with the sales staff and manage sales, too.

Responsibilities:

·         Writing up orders whether from a PO, Joor, Nuorder, and/or brandboom.  

·         Merchandising the showroom

·         Check in/write up samples to be returned to/from designer’s

·         Travelling to trade shows in New York, Las Vegas, and Dallas and working directly with clients/potential customers

·         Tagging jewelry when necessary. 

·         Photographing product for social media.

·         Calling customers for appointments, following up on orders, collecting credit card information..

·         Answering the phone and directing enquiries to the appropriate salesperson.

Background:

·         Person must be very organized and detail oriented.

·         Ability to work well in a team setting

·         Ability to multitask

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel

·         Knowledge of showroom exchange, Nuorder, Joor, and brandboom a plus, but not
necessary.
